Corrugated cardboard boxes are made by fusing the Rito, face paper, core paper and processed corrugated paper. Corrugated cardboard boxes with different corrugated shapes have different functions. Even if the same quality of face paper and lining paper are used, the performance of the corrugated cardboard boxes will be different due to the difference of the corrugated shape. C-shaped corrugated cardboard boxes are next to A-shaped corrugated cardboard boxes. However, the stiffness and impact resistance are better than those of A-shaped flutes; B-shaped corrugated cardboard box has high arrangement density, flat surface and high bearing capacity, which is suitable for printing; The E-shaped edge is thin and dense, which shows its rigidity and strength.

Nowadays, with the implementation of energy conservation and emission reduction and environmental protection policies, corrugated packaging cartons are used more and more widely.

However, it is precisely because of the wide and frequent use that the more deficiencies and deficiencies appear. So, what aspects of corrugated packaging carton need to be improved?

1、 Sizing degree:

In order to adapt to the high temperature and humid climate in the south and the needs of refrigerated packaging, corrugated packaging cartons should have a certain sizing degree;

2、 Wet strength:

In order to adapt to refrigerated packaging and keep a certain compressive strength of packaging carton under low temperature and humid environment, corrugated packaging carton should have a high wet strength;

3、 Folding resistance:

In the production process of cartons, craters, indentations and corners are required. When cartons are used, covers need to be rolled. In order to avoid cracks in the process of craters, corners and covers, corrugated packaging cartons need to have a certain degree of toughness and folding resistance.
