The packaging material is 5-layer BC corrugated board. The 5-layer BC corrugated board is cheap, the paper itself is light, and has a certain resistance, which is convenient for transportation. Corrugated boxes are divided into pit B, pit E and pit F. Most of the express outsourcing boxes are pit B. Pit B has low and dense corrugated, high flat compression and parallel compression strength, and has certain strength and support, which has a good protection effect on the product. The face paper can be white board paper, which can print rich colors; It can also be khaki kraft paper, suitable for printing simple black and spot colors. If pit E is used as the outer box, it is usually hard enough to mount it into a five layer box.
For the printing method of 5-layer BC corrugated board, the simple box is printed with a single color or two colors and processed by a water ink printing machine. This method can be used for printing in large format, and can be printed directly on the machine with 3-layer or 5-layer paperboard; Color cartons are printed by offset printing machine, which is rich in color and high in quality. However, after the face paper is printed, it is necessary to use glue to mount pit paper. After dry bonding, it is necessary to die cut the shape, slot and nail (natural color or copper binding).
The surface technology of the carton. The surface of the white board color carton can pass through the light film or the dumb film to increase the strength and protect the printed image and text; It can also be used for surface oil polishing treatment, which has poor strength, but does not affect the recycling of paper, which is better than environmental protection.
