In the production process of automatic die-cutting machine, the requirements for front and side rules are very high, which requires the operator to have a high sense of responsibility and rich operating experience.

② Adjustment of upper and lower paper trimming timing parts. The upper and lower paper alignment timing parts are the key parts to ensure that the color surface and color printing packaging fit accurately, including time adjustment and adjustment during production.

1. Time adjustment. The output time and the Feida paper feeding time have been adjusted when the machine leaves the factory. However, with the increase of the service time of the equipment, various parts of the equipment will be worn to varying degrees, and the time when the color surface reaches the upper and lower paper trimming timing will have a deviation. During normal operation, it is necessary to ensure that there is enough time for paper leveling to reach the paper leveling timing part. Before the paper is pushed by the paper pushing claw, the paper leveling is completed to ensure that the paper is pushed by the paper pushing claw normally. and. The strength of the shrapnel on the paper trimming side of the paper trimming timing part should be such that the color surface pushed by the buffer block cannot be deformed or damaged.

2. The normal transportation is ensured by adjusting the suction and blowing time. The time of air suction and blowing shall be determined according to the conveying length of the paper tape. The standard is that when the front conveying roller contacts the color printing package, the air suction stops and the blowing opens, so as to ensure the normal transmission of products. Adjustment during production. In the production process, the operator can adjust and compensate the fitting error due to deformation. The specific method is to adjust the time when the color surface on the operating side reaches the fitting part, so that the fitting error can be adjusted in a small range.

③ Control of color surface bonding fastness. The key to ensure the overall quality is that the color surface packaging box is firmly bonded and impervious. The key points include selecting a good quality adhesive, controlling the viscosity and amount of glue, and controlling the initial bonding time. Because the initial bonding time is too short, when the operation is abnormal, the glue on the product has dried before entering the flattening belt, which will cause poor bonding.

④ Adjust the gap between the upper and lower cots of color printing package. The clearance between the upper and lower gluing rollers should be such that the paper wheel clearance can deliver the product smoothly without damaging the ridges. If the clearance is too small, the ridges will be damaged. If the clearance is too large, the normal delivery will be affected; Secondly, there should be enough friction between the paper wheel and the product, but the ridge peak should not be damaged after the product is pulled out forcefully; Finally, the gap between the gluing roller should ensure that the glue can be evenly applied on the ridge peak, and the sizing amount should be based on the standard of no overflow. Under normal production conditions, it is required that there is no glue throwing during the sizing process, so as to ensure that there is no glue when the product passes through the binding part, so as to avoid damage to the colored paper.
