1. Clearance

2. Plate material

The printing plate materials of corrugated box mainly include flexo plate, rubber plate and screen plate, among which flexo plate and rubber plate are widely used. Flexography is made of plastic and soft materials, which has the advantages of soft texture, high printing resistance, clear text and pictures, and poor destructiveness to corrugated board. Compared with flexography, offset plate has high hardness and low printability. However, it has low cost, economic price, convenient craftsmanship or machine engraving, and has a high share in the field of ordinary cartons. Therefore, after receiving the order print, appropriate plate materials should be selected according to the actual situation.

3. Guide strip

Offset strip or die cut elastic strip plays a very important role in printing, especially in the application of some printing products with small standard and printing area. The length of the guide strip should be equal to or greater than the width of the paperboard. Paste the guide strip on both sides of the printing plate and print it outside the cutting edge of the paperboard, so that the paperboard can be controlled during the printing process to avoid the occurrence of overprint prohibition, cutting prohibition and other problems.
